Performance EXHAUST PRODUCTS WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants that all MagnaFlow Operation Products are complimentary from defects. Most of our exhaust products are warranted against blowouts and defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which information technology was originally installed. The warranty is void if the exhaust products are not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.
This warranty does not use to whatsoever frazzle product which has been installed on whatsoever commercial or racing vehicle or which has been improperly installed, altered, or subjected to misuse or damage from accidents. Also, cost of labor and whatsoever additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement product are not covered by this warranty.
The warranty certificate, forth with proof of buy, MUST be presented to the service outlet from which y'all originally purchased the frazzle product, or any participating dealer, when making a claim for replacement. The original exhaust product must besides be returned and exchanged for a new frazzle product of the same part number.

Original Warranty Certificate and Installation Statement:

MagnaFlow including Arlen Ness by MagnaFlow exhaust systems are designed to fit and operate on original OEM motors and chassis with no modifications of any type on the motorbike.
Proof of buy from an authorized retailer must accompany any warranty claim. The original Product that is deemed to exist nether warranty may only exist returned and/or exchanged for a Production of the same part number. No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability), applies to the Products, nor is whatsoever person including the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. Dealers and distributors are not authorized to make warranty judgments or claims regarding MagnaFlow products. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for whatever consequential damages occasioned by the Production, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation, service or shipping. All approved warranty returns must be accompanied by a return authorisation number. Parts returned to MagnaFlow without a return authorization and accompanying documentation may be refused. No parts will be accepted with freight due.
